COLLABORATION WITH ELEVEN MADISON PARK

I am incredibly privileged to have crossed life paths with one of the most outstanding chefs, Daniel Humm. His trust and support pushed me so much farther in my commitment to farming then I would ever expect. Magic Farms wouldn’t be what it is today without the support of Eleven Madison Park and its team.

We grow a range of vegetables including celtuce, beets, lettuces, romains, radishes, chard, kale, tomatoes, squash, garlic and strawberries. It is absolutely fascinating to see how our produce is being transformed by Eleven Madison Park’s team into artful compositions with unique tastes and textures.

Being involved in the process of making food for such an exquisite restaurant makes me eager to learn more, grow better and work harder to meet the expectations of the client. I consider our relationship a wonderful journey.
